Aesir Construction are a company which combines the skills of a number of highly experienced professionals. The desire to combine comprehensive design and deliver exceptional craftsmanship is at the heart of Aesir Construction. We, as individuals have a diverse wealth of experience; from work on ancient monuments and English Heritage assets to designing new builds dwellings and implementing cutting-edge design ideas in contemporary homes. Our company vision is to establish a high reputation for quality, trusted, professional work, whilst remaining competitive; whatever our client’s budget. The individual people that make up the core of Aesir Construction have joined forces with the vision to create a service for clients that is rarely found elsewhere. MATT STOREY

Construction Manager / Director

Matt is the co-founder and the creative force behind Aesir's establishing design, construction and development business. Matt has vast and diverse experience in construction management for construction and maintenance companies in Kent. Since the formation of Aesir, Matt has managed projects across diverse sectors including extensions and refurbishments, new dwellings and bespoke restoration on listed buildings and scheduled monument works along with marine works to Deal Pier and Dover Harbourboard.

Matt commenced his career as a carpenter and joiner undertaking a 5 year apprenticeship followed by several years experience as a tradesman, this experience created the foundation for Matt to move into construction management.

Matt founded Aesir with his fellow colleague John after growing industry frustrations and felt there was a gap in the market for a reliable and affordable construction company with the same high standard finish.

MATT PARNHAM

Architect / Director

Matt has over 10 years of experience working in the construction industry for a number of renowned multi disciplinary Architectural Practices. Matt has lead and managed projects across a diverse range of Sectors as a senior Architect from concept to completion including education, commercial, private and social residential schemes.

Matt provides Architectural services for Aesir including the CDM15 Principle designer role as well as project management alongside the Construction Manager. Matt also provides Architectural services for external Clients and developers.

Matt holds a Bachelor of honors degree (RIBA Part 1) with a graduate Diploma (RIBA Part 2) in Architecture from the University of Creative Arts in Canterbury Kent. Following these qualifications Matthew went on to achieve his post graduate diploma qualifications (RIBA Part 3) at the University of Greenwich and is now a registered Architect with the Architects Registration Board and a member of the Royal Institute of British Architecture (RIBA).
