The Pump House is the conversion of a former water reservoir station built in the 1880's. Currently Aesir Construction have completed phase 1 (below ground) and are are hoping to commence phase two (above ground) in the spring of 2022.

A refurbishment consisting of the knocking trough of three rooms into one with structural alterations and full vaulting of the ceiling with roof lights. 
Adding Oak feature beams with hidden remote LED uplighting, A lime pointed brick feature wall, the relocation and installation of all new services and the fitting of a new kitchen.
