At Aesir Construction we provide a full range of Architectural Services from project brief to completion with our qualified Architect registered with the Architects registration board.

We have extensive experience in the residential sector, from extensions and conversions to new build developments.

We enjoy working closely with all our clients throughout the project, and strive to create great architecture that meets both the brief and budget.

Our services provided set us apart with the added benefits of the construction team able to provide build costs at early design stages to enable the design to suit each individual budget. This offers the opportunity for continuity and complete management on the project is Aesir Construction are appointed as the chosen contractor to build the project, resulting in a stress free process for the client.

MATTHEW PARNHAM

Architect / Director

Matt has over 10 years of experience working in the construction industry for a number of renowned multi disciplinary Architectural Practices. Matt has lead and managed projects across a diverse range of Sectors as a senior Architect from concept to completion including education, commercial, private and social residential schemes and healthcare.

Matt provides Architectural services for Aesir including the CDM15 Principle designer role as well as project management alongside the Construction Manager. Matt also provides Architectural services for external Clients and developers.

Matt holds a Bachelor of honors degree (RIBA Part 1) with a graduate Diploma (RIBA Part 2) in Architecture from the University of

Creative Arts in Canterbury Kent. Following these qualifications Matthew went on to achieve his post graduate diploma qualifications (RIBA Part 3) at the University of Greenwich and is now a registered Architect with the Architects Registration Board and a member of the Royal Institute of British Architecture (RIBA).

Step 1 | Consultation & Project Brief

At Aesir Construction we provide a full free consulation and site visit to discuss and aid your project brief and provide a free quotation to undertake the works specified. RIBA Stage 1: Preparation and Briefing

Step 2 | Concept Design

Following the development of the brief and our formal instruction. Step 2 sets the Architectural Concept for a project. Proposals that align with the Site Information and the Project Brief, including the Spatial Requirements, are prepared. Regular Design Reviews are used to seek comments from the Client. and once a final design is achieved and signed off from the Client, we provide full services for the required planning applications and building regulation applications. Step 3 | Construction

Following buiding regulation approval, we can provide services to manage contracts and inspect works on site up to completion and handover ir required. RIBA Stage 5: Manufacturing and Construction RIBA Stage 6: Handover
